Buy or Rent a painting

Direct purchase is the most simple form. You choose a painting and pay for it. From there you can call yourself the owner of the painting.

Part payments are also possible. First you make a deposit of 20% of the value of the painting (including 6% VAT). The rest you pay in eight monthly terms of 10%. The painting will only become your property after the last payment has been made.

Maybe you have chosen a painting but you are not sure if it fits with your interior. To buy or not to buy, that is the question? Or you like some change and prefer to have a different painting on your wall every half year or every new season. Then renting a painting is the solution for you.

Rent
To rent a painting will cost you only 3% of the value of the painting (including 6% VAT) per month. The minimum rental period is 3 months and can be extended repeatedly with 3-month periods. Payment are always due for 3 months in advance.

After 3 months you decide that you do not want to keep the painting. No problem. You return the painting undamaged and you will have no further obligations. The paid rent shall expire at Hak Lebold.

However, if you like to try another painting for a 3-month period that is also possible. You will pay a new 3-month period of rent in advance. We will keep a record of your earlier payments.

And if you say after a few months or after a year: "YES! I like to buy this painting." then 50% of the total rent already paid will be deducted from the purchase amount. You pay the remaining amount and the painting will be yours. In fact you make savings for the purchase of a valuable piece of art, but you can enjoy it from the very start.

You can state here which painting(s) you would like to buy or rent and you will hear as soon as possible if it is still available. Then a purchase- or rental-contract will be sent which include the financial details.

The above offer is also valid for companies who would like to colour their office-spaces or reception-areas with one or more paintings.
